Orders can be placed by phone, fax, mail, or email. Because of shelf life limitations we cannot maintain certain items in stock. Most items are prepared per order. If lead time is critical we do accept blanket orders. These blanket orders can establish release dates that ensure that you receive the items when you need them. |

Standard payment terms are net 30 days. Visa, Mastercard, or American Express payments are also accepted. |
| Packaging: |
Standard packaging for each item is listed. We will supply alternative packaging at customer request at a modified price to reflect additional packaging costs. Packaging for all hazardous materials complies with UN regulations. |
| Pricing: |
All orders are shipped FOB from Rock Hill, SC.
We have no minimum order size. However, we are a bulk manufacturing facility and our items are priced to reflect this. Orders less than the listed packaging sizes may incur a higher price and longer lead times. Solvents packaged in bottles are sold by the case. Orders for less than a case will incur a repackaging charge. |

Our preference is to ship collect by motor freight. We will ship prepaid upon customer request. Small orders will be shipped UPS or FEDEX unless precluded by DOT or the shipping company’s regulations. |
